Making your comments
We welcome you to post comments, thoughts and views. On posting comments, please keep to the subject and aim to be helpful to other users.
This blog is moderated by easyCar. This is to ensure quality, and may mean there is a time delay to posting comments. When posting comments, we will make spelling and grammar changes to posts, but only in the aim of making the comment more readable to others. Any comments that are unsuitable, abusive, rude or irrelevant (etc), will be filtered out and not posted. However, we will publish comments that are unfavourable to easyCar – after all if its valid we’re grown up enough to be honest! The service is intended to provide easyCar with a forum to talk about car hire, its plans, views and other such ideas. easyCar are keen for you to post to share your ideas, views and suggestions for other people, but in a meaningful and responsible manner, so easyCar requires its users to abide by the rules of this agreement. Your use of the service will constitute your agreement to comply with these rules.
If you do not agree with the rules contained in this agreement, you should not use the service.
easyCar may modify this agreement from time to time and notice of revisions to this agreement will be posted here. Continued use of the service by you will constitute your acceptance of any changes or revisions to the agreement, so it is wise to check this page regularly.

How you can use this blog
easyCar owns all of the content on this site. However you can use the content for your own personal usage, by printing out, viewing on screen. You may not use this content for commercial usage in any manner.
You are responsible for the way you use this site. You agree to fairly use this service, so will not post anything that is deemed unreasonable, obscene, abusive, defamatory, harassing, hateful of libellous. You also agree not to post anything that is junk mail, for commercial gain, is illegal or could cause a criminal offense, or could invade another person’s privacy.

Getting Involved in the blog
We want to be fair to everyone using this blog, and would expect everyone treating others with reasonably expected behaviour and conduct. As an outline of what would be reasonable, the following gives a good start;
Be nice – don’t be nasty to people – everyone has their own views, even if you don’t agree with them!

easyCar will be moderating any posts, and will without warning block or amend a posting or take down an existing posting that they believe does not follow the spirit of the rules above. To avoid confusion, easyCar have the final say on this. If you have any post that you believe breaks these rules, then use the report link and tell easyCar about it.
You are ultimately responsible for anything you post on this site, if you don’t agree then do not post and leave this site! easyCar reserves the right to use any content posted on this site, and you agree to give easyCar a non exclusive, royalty free, perpetual licence to republish this, and you agree that this is your own work and you own the copyright and any other relevant rights.
You also warrant that the post content you contribute is not obscene, offensive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise illegal. You also agree to not post content that would upset others. Jurisdiction and choice of law
This agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with English law. By using this site you agree that it shall be governed and in the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts as regards any claims or matters under this agreement.
If anything in this agreement is found to be invalid by a court having competent jurisdiction, then the invalidity of that provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and affect. Failure of either party to exercise any right or remedy under this agreement does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.
